We specialize in designing and facilitating training programs (particularly, hands-on workshop style learning experiences) for owners, leaders and supervisors covering compliance matters, civility in the workplace, documentation of employee relations issues and building or maintaining healthy workplace cultures.

We provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of business and commercial issues including, but not limited to, contract preparation, revision and negotiation; administrative law and regulatory matters; intellectual property issues; franchise and licensing issues; and, pre-litigation strategy and advice.
Ministries & Non-profits
We have extensive expertise supporting and counseling ministries and non-profit organizations with regard to employment law and human resources matters, religious liberties issues, vendor contracts, administrative law matters and a wide range of legal issues that impact these types of organizations.
Legal "concierge" Services
We help businesses (with a focus on smaller businesses and solo-preneurs or freelancers), ministries and non-profits that are facing legal concerns triage a wide range of legal matters by helping them assess the matter and apply legal analysis and information to their unique contexts quickly. As needed or desired, we can connect clients with appropriate specialized counsel for larger matters or matters requiring certain expertise, and remain involved partnering with co-counsel to the extent the client deems beneficial.
